This policy explains what personal data SUNMARI COMPANY LIMITED ("SUNMARI", "we") collects through this website and while providing custom software development services, and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Inquiry form: your name, email address, company name (if given), the type of software and engagement you select, and the project details you write.
- Correspondence: the content of emails you exchange with us.
- Agreements and invoices: the name, company, address, and tax details needed for quotes, agreements, and invoices.
- Payment: card payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider. We receive the payment result but do not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, and time of access in order to operate and protect the website.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends its IP address to Google when a page loads.
2. How we use it and on what basis
- To answer inquiries and prepare quotes, on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the inquiry form.
- To perform our agreement with you, including delivery, support, and invoicing.
- To meet legal obligations such as accounting, tax, and e-commerce rules.
- To keep the website and our services secure.
We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf (website hosting and form handling, email, and payment processing) and with public authorities when the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside Vietnam.
4. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as the purposes above require. Agreements, invoices, payment records, and order data are kept for the period required by law, which is at least 3 years for order data.
5. Security
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it for their work and protect it with access controls and encrypted transmission.
6. Your rights
Under Vietnamese law on personal data protection you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is processed;
- give, refuse, and withdraw your consent;
- access and correct your personal data;
- ask for it to be deleted, ask for its processing to be restricted, and object to its processing;
- complain and claim compensation as the law provides.

7. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy by publishing a new version on this page with a new effective date.
